Katya Minks

Hi! My name is Katya, and I’m thrilled to be coaching this volleyball season. Volleyball has been a big part of my life for years, and it’s taught me so much about teamwork, leadership, and perseverance which are lessons I love passing on to my players. My passion for the game comes from seeing athletes grow in both skill and confidence, and I’m excited to help each player reach their full potential this season. My coaching philosophy is built on positivity, effort, and growth. I believe in creating an encouraging environment where players can challenge themselves, learn from mistakes, and celebrate progress together. My goals for this season are to help the team grow in their skills, build strong communication on and off the court, and foster a love for the game that lasts well beyond the season.
