DIGS 15-Maroon

Coaches: Regan Kanski and Luke Eaton

Coach Regan Kanski

My name is Regan Kanski and I am a personal trainer and volleyball coach. Through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) I am certified in CPR, personal training, nutrition and currently working on obtaining my group exercise instructor certification.

This will be my second year coaching at Digs and my 6th season coaching volleyball overall. Volleyball was my first love; I started playing early in middle school.  I am a very dedicated and passionate coach who brings a ton of fiery power to the court. I was a middle blocker and dabbled as an opposite. Although, now, I currently enjoy coaching passing fundamentals the most as I never properly learned them until I was an adult. My favorite quote I heard as a player that still resonates with me to this day is “You are only as strong as your weakest player.”

I prioritize catering to all four dimensions of a player, as each level uniquely and critically comes together to create the volleyball experience. I train my athletes to develop a strong mental game, find their spiritual purpose, build emotional resilience and master the physical fundamentals to become truly unstoppable both on and off the court.

Coach Luke Eaton

Hi, My Name is Luke and I am so excited to be a part of the coaching team at DIGS. This will be my first year coaching volleyball, but I have enjoyed many of the aspects of the sport since high school. I have played primarily outdoors both grass and beach, but also have played in multiple indoor leagues that I have enjoyed as well. I am a youth pastor at a local church and love being able to teach, encourage, and challenge the next generation! I can’t wait to see the growth and learning that happens during the season both on and off the court!
