ABOUT DIGS 12-1 PROGRAM
DIGS’s 12-1 teams are for athletes that have experience and have played on an organized volleyball team at some level. Our 12-1 teams are perfect for athletes that have experience and want to move to the next level of play.
Athletes will learn overhand serving, footwork, passing, setting, hitting and gain competition experience.
