Financial Policies
Both parties of parents and athletes entering into this agreement with DIGS Volleyball agree to adhere to the following:
- I agree to pay the owed fees by or on the dates listed on the schedule.
- I agree that I will pay per one of the schedules below via cash or check:
- Pay in full by check or cash on the day of acceptance.
- Pay 1/2 the fee on the day of acceptance with cash or check and the 2nd half of the fee by way of a post-dated check for January 2nd of 2025.
- If a checking account is not an option, half cash on the day of acceptance will be accepted along with an approved payment plan for the balance per the Director.
- Electronic payments are discouraged.
- If a credit card is used for payment, an additional charge of 4% will be added to the program fee to cover the credit card processing fee.
- I understand that a $25.00 late fee and $35NFS fee if applicable, will be applied to any payments past one week unless otherwise discussed with the Club Director.
- I agree to pay the late fee even if I wish to revise my payment plan during the season unless pre-approved by the Director.
- I understand that the program fees do not include travel, lodging, or food expenses.
- I understand that my athlete may be penalized playing time at the Director’s discretion if fees are not paid on time.
- I understand that if my athlete is released due to breaking policy, or we choose to leave the team for any reason, all of the remaining fees will become due immediately within two weeks of notice of release. Tournament and practice fees will not be refunded.
- Future participation in DIGS Volleyball will be evaluated by the Club Director.
- Refunds may be due in the event of the following:
- Following a Grievance Procedure decision in which the Director released the athlete from play for the remainder of the season, tournament fees will not be refunded, practice fees may be refunded at the discretion of the Director will be reimbursed; only for fees paid at the rate table below:
- If the athlete sustains an injury that removes the athlete from play for the remainder of the season, tournament fees will not be refunded, only practice fees, at the discretion of the Director will be reimbursed; only for fees paid at the rate table below:
- If the athlete moves and cannot commute to complete the season, tournament fees will not be refunded, only practice fees, at the discretion of the Director will be reimbursed; only for fees paid at the rate table below:

- A written request must be submitted to the Club Director via Email for reimbursement requests.
- Reimbursement Rate Table:
- 1-2 Months (Prior to January 1st) at 70%
- 3-4 Months (January 1st – March 1st) at 40%
- 5 Months Forward (March 2nd – Conclusion) 15%
- Reimbursement Rate Table:
- A written request must be submitted to the Club Director via Email for reimbursement requests.

10. If the TEAM folds for any reason, all paid fees will be reimbursed with the exception of what has been paid out for gym rentals, uniform purchases, coach payments, and tournament entries.
11. In the event of a parent/athlete default, DIGS Volleyball, has the right to seek legal guidance in seeking payments. If the obligation is referred to an attorney, and/or collection agency, the member agrees to pay, over and above their liabilities, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, collection costs, and any other fees owed.
12. No refunds will be given if the athlete misses practices or tournaments for any reason.
13. No refunds will be given if the practices are canceled due to inclement weather or facility issues and cannot be rescheduled.
14. No refunds will be given if the athlete quits or is expelled from ‘policies’ “9.1-3”’ or for any other reason than listed in “9-10” above.
I have reviewed the fee schedule associated with my athlete’s program and agree to pay all fees in full regardless of the duration of participation excluding exceptions listed above in “9.1-3 & 10”.
